I can't quite make out all of the lettering to narrow it down to a specific Costa Magro Group, but it is a Ceitil of Afonso V of Portugal (1438-1481).  Reference is Medieval European Coinage 6, Iberian Peninsula MEC #1020-1059.  The obverse looks like the start of " :cross:AL" and the tail end with "DOM."  Probably Ceuta Mint.
