I have attributed this coin (30mm  4.05 gr) as SBCV 2312 but I am not sure.
Any comments?

This coin is not SBCV 2312 , likely a variation SBCV 2099 trachy John III Ducas-Vatatzes (Nicaea).

It's not SBCV 2312 where the emperor sits on a backless throne (see picture below).
I thought it might be a mule of S.2266 and 2276, but S.2099 seems a better idea - the legend on the right seems to read oDVK...

I saw a mirror image of the holy inscriptions on the coins of Nicaea, I think this is also a case.
