How many Forum dollars does a $100 purchase equal?

Please forgive me if this is an inappropriate question, but I was wondering how many Forum dollars you get for every $100 on a purchase.

The formula is secret. So secret that I don't even remember it. The more often you order and the more you have ordered in the past the higher the percentage you get, but it is rarely more than 2.5%. You also get $2 per certificate of authenticity you order. Orders placed on reserve or layaway do not earn Forum dollars.
