Hi Young,

Your coin is an early coinage denaro (1266-1278) of Charles I of Anjou as King of Sicily (1266-1285).  The obverse features three lis with wedge above and the legend KAROL'DEI GRA.  The reverse features a Latin cross with a pellet at each end of the arms with the legend  :plus:REX SICILIE.  The mint is Brindisi.  Reference for this coin is MEC14 #647.
