Identifying medieval coin

Good day gentlemen,

I am looking for your help in identifying this coin I just purchased.
My knowledge in medieval coins is rudimentary to say the least.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Papal State, Senate of Rome, Italy, 12th - 14th Century A.D. Billon denaro.
obverse SENATVS P Q R, comb, S flanked by crescent and star above.
reverse ROMA CAPVD M, cross pattée, pellets in 1st and 3rd quarters .
