Constantius II, FEL TEMP, Galley, Id confirmation

I have the following coin and would like confirmation of my attribution if possible.

Constans - AE2
Obv:– D N CONSTANTIVS P F AVG, Pearl diademed, draped & cuirassed bust right
Rev:– FEL TEMP REPARATIO, Emperor standing left on galley, holding phoenix on globe and labarum; Victory behind, steering galley
Minted in Rome (E _ //RS). A.D. 348 - 350

I believe that it is RIC VIII Rome 127 var, not listed with RS
