I think roman? period.
I can't find any references.

Almost certainly not Roman.  Roman bowls tended to be fairly thin.  Most importantly I don't think I have never seen a Roman bowl with integral handles like yours.  The handles - even if D-form - are always attached separately.  The handles are also not the right shape for Roman.
