Hi all,

Here i have a nice coin with has a small date variant.
RPC 4029 has Δ ΕΠI ΓЧP mine has Δ ΕΠI Γ P

i can find rosenberger BMC or SNG ANS online reference.
do these books note both ?

Eric,
Sofaer has 7 examples of the type with various dates (Sofaer 57 -63).  Sofaer 60 looks very similar to yours but is read as on the rpc listing.  The inscriptions on these are generally rough.  Sofaer is a great reference that I would recommend.

See the scan of 60.  Either Sofaer didn't note it as a variety or it's just considered an acceptable reading of the legend.  Perhaps someone more knowledgeable could comment.
