Thank you for opinion. For the coin I have doubts.
1. The inscription of obverse (IVLIVS NEPOS) do not fit into any number of RIC
2. The inscription of  obverse do not fit stylistically to other coins of this period
3. Reverse: wreath is drawn to one side
Please write down other opinions. Is it a fals? Seller assured that this is an original.

Also the style of the obverse doesn't fit with authentic coins of Nepos.
Recently, many fake coins of V century ( not only rare coins but also common ones) with a similar style have appeared also in some auction house. This coin may belong to this series of forgery.

From the photos the "dirt" appears to be the "glued sand" often used by fakers.  It is common on Serbian-origin fake or altered fibulae and antiquities too.
