Valens SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE

This is Valens, this is my id, but am not sure about mint/ exergue

Obverse:
Pearl diademed draped and cuirassed bust right

D N VALENS P F AVG

DN: Dominus Noster, our lord
VALENS: Valens
P F: Pius Felix, Pious and happy
AVG: Augustus, emperor

Reverse:
SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE, the security of the republic

SECVRITAS: Security
REIPVBLICAE: Republic

There is a symbol/ greek letter on the left on the reverse

Victory advancing left holding wreath and palm

Domination: Bronze, AE 3, Size 16 mm.

Mint:
Ars Longa Vita Brevis

in the left field of the reverse it is either an A or delta. I can't really make out the mintmark, but it looks like 4-5 letters, so I am thinking Aquileia mint, like the coin below.
