Thanks, everyone, for all the kind words and congratulations to you, Doug.  I'm not exaggerating when I say this means a great deal to me, and I will make you all very proud when Potamikon sees print.

I consider many of you my good friends and I owe all of my numismatic knowledge and experience to the Forvm community.

With sincere gratitude,

Nick

my heartiest congratulations to Doug and Nick!

Doug's recognition has been a long time coming, but is well deserved. and Molinari's contribution, even aside from his acute knowledge about all things MFB, is a wonderful asset to this board.

thanks to both of you!   :)

Congratulations guys.  Well deserved.

Doug is simply an institution.  As I wrote about him last time, I credit him and his website as one of the reasons I dove into this hobby.  I am sure there are hundreds of others who can say the same.

And the man-faced bull himself.  Even though it is not my area of coinage Nick's indefatigable and cutting-edge research into an area of specialty is an inspiration for any serious numismatist.
