ID help with unknown presumed medieval coin

This one found in northern Italy...

Weighs .6 grams and is 17mm at its widest point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok..after much rooting around the internets looks like this coin is a venetian tornosello...just cant figure out which doge...any ideas?

Probably struck by the doge Alvise I Mocenigo, 1570-1577.
Bronze sesino, Venice mint.
