Cannot identify this coin! Tried everything. The only thing I can't match is the face! Please help any help appreciated

That's a tourist fake.

here is an example of the reverse from the fake gallery

Constantine I, Medallion, RIC Rome 272
Gold medallion (4.5 solidi)
Obv:- CONSTANTINVS AVG, Diademed bust left, looking upwards
Rev:- SENATVS, Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe and scepter
RIC VII Rome 272

This looks like a modern forgery that combines the obverse of a Greek coin with the reverse of a Roman coin.

interesting information! thanks guys! yeah its Turkey so I know they have a lot of knock offs! I can buy basically any  knock off at the bazaar haha. Cheers ;)
