Aurei of Plautilla are known from the Syrian mint, but this one looks to me more like a modern concoction. The large, jagged flan crack is very odd.

Does the seller give the weight?

Not plated as the gouge shows but very suspicious nonetheless. The legend break is the standard type for her denarii. Found five aurei and all have CONCORDIA AVGG.
