Hi bass,

Your reverse photo is upside-down. It has 3 lilies.

I agree with HC that it looks French.

I think I see "LVD XV" in the obverse inscription. This may translate into Ludovico (Louis) XV. It is difficult to read because of the hole.

It's not a coin, it's a 'Spielmarke' a counter or 'jeton'  They were mass-produced in Neurenberg in the 18th and early nineteenth centuries.
You coould find Louis XIV, but also Caesar!
The manufacturel could be Lauer - the reverse should tell.
