Help with silver coin 11m, probably greek

Hallo,
this is a silver coin
10-11m
1,91 gr
with a bulge on obverse
and something like fish-tail and two letters on reverse

I can also see the crude owl and the shape is quite distinctive.

right! i think is about a 1/8 Shekel or a hemidrachm of Idumaea/Edom.
