I Need help to ID this AE Clasping hand?Bronze 18 x 14 mm-2,4g with nice thick brownish patina
Tesserae?weight?

I note however that the overlap of the hands is slightly different and the weight of the auctioned coin is higher.

Unfortunately, not much is known about the coin (?) in that auction listing. The description is:

Uncertain, Æ Fragment.
Æ Fragment. Uncertain, Middle of 1st Century BC - 3rd Century AD. Clasped Hands / Blank surface. Apparently Unpublished. 7.07g, 15/20mm. Good Very Fine. Apparently fragment of a intaglio or a weight. A Symbol for Marriage, Friendship and Alliance. From the Mistakidis Collection.
