So far as I know, there is no formal certification service in Europe for ancient coins.  However, there are many experts who might examine the coin(s) in hand and offer an opinion.

The question is whether it is worth having the coins certified. It costs money and if you're spending $30-$50 to get a coin certified that's only worth $30 then that's money wasted.
