Using Forum as a Reference for other Numismatic Firms

I just received a call from an auction site inquiring about a potential customer that used Forum as a reference. That person was a member but had never purchased from Forum. If you are not a good current Forum customer, I cannot give a positive response to dealer inquiries. This is not the first time this has happened. If you are not a recent customer of Forum Ancient Coins, do not use Forum as a reference. I cannot provide a business reference if we have never done business.
