Hi Lee!

I think an important hint is the countermark, Howgego #437, behind the bust. It is a star and found on coins of Amisos/Pontos for Agrippina, e.g. Rec. Gen #73 (Nike). The star is typically for Pontos and so is the hexastyle temple. Sadly I couldn't find your coin in Reg. Gen.
