I have RIC but for whatever reason this coin has been extremely tough to attribute mostly because of the wear and I am more used to attributing LRB. It is 29 mm in diameter and it weights 13.10 grams. Any hints or help on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Makes sense now since I don't have many references for provincials. It is quite odd that there was a provincial in a lot of all imperials but thank you for the help!
