Yesterday I received by mail from
Spain, an IMO absolutely stunning
Antoninus Pius sestertius,
RIC 891 (27,0g, Ø 30mm, 6h) date AD 151-152. I did already add it to my
gallery but it remains mostly unnoticed until now. I find the
obverse in such a wonderful condition and with such a beautiful
portrait, that I intend to upload it to BOT, even if the
reverse is perhaps not up to
standard, because of the double strike. I would be interested in your opinions.
