David Tranbarger tracked down another copy of the Marcus Aurelius/Serapis coin in a CNG auction:

http://cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=158639

He also pointed out that my coin appears to be an obverse die match. Note the I in KAIKAP.
