Some time ago I received this interesting uniface bronze medallion / seal.

The legend on this piece is PONTIFEX MAX TR P V, in exergue COS III P P
After deciphering this and a search online I found a piece of Philip I where the same legend and depiction is used.
It's a gold medaillon / 5 Aurie piece in the Münzkabinett Berlin; see:

My piece has a loophole and the weight is around 135 Gr. Total diameter is 50mm. and the diameter of the depiction is 40mm.
Material looks like bronze.

Any thoughts as to what this might be?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately a modern concoction.

Another from the same reverse die, with obverse of Philip I-II and Otacilia Severa, is in Forvm's Fake Reports, sold on eBay in 2009, reported by Martin Griffiths.

Thank you for this info.
It looked already as a "too good to be truth" buy
