Yes i think i can see NSTAN TIUS PF AVG
And the mint mark seems to be SMTSGamma
And the reverse lettering i think its starts with SPLS or SPES or something like that

Does it matter that it has an axis rotation of around 90 degrees? is this rare? or occurs many times?
