It looks like a bare head denier of Bohemond III of Antioch, but I can't match the obverse legend: on yours it seems to be ]OMNVH[ instead of +BOAMVNDVS. Also it is a bit overweight for these, normally c.0.7-1 gm. Possibly a contemporary forgery, or probably I'm totally wrong ;D

If you look at no. 148 on p.143 of http://www.persee.fr/web/revues/home/prescript/article/numi_0484-8942_1995_num_6_150_2048 I think you will find a fairly close match, Type E2.
