Roman provincial coin?

Guys, this one bought my wife as original, i have a doubts.
Can you please tell, is it original or nowadays fake?

I see nothing that makes me doubt authenticity. I don't know whay it looks so silvery, I would gently rub it with some white spirit or bathe it in acetone for a while. But this is either a remnant of cleaning or an artefact of photography. The coin itself looks fine to me.

Having no experience in this area, I am curious about the obverse legend ending in "PIVAVG"

Shouldn't it be "PIVSAVG"? Blundered or just a normal variation?

Thanks, a coin seams was covered by sulfuric ointment  :o to made it in one color, think because partly it has traces of burning
Can't find this type in the internet.

PISIDIA, Antiochia. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ (32mm, 25.74 g, 6h). Laureate head right / Nike advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond. Krzyzanovska dies XXXVIII/65; SNG France 1139.
