Hi anc,

Could it be Troas? It's just a wild guess, but it looks like a Troas coin.

Meep: Have not found similar for Troas.

Not Pergamon like I had originally thought.  I've exhausted my limited resources searching for "Athena forepart bull Zebu protome AE".  Any help is much appreciated.

Meep: I did find a similar coin on ISEGRIM but it is 1.2 grams and mine is 4.0.

ERD: AM
PRO: TROAS
PO : ASSUS
PZ : Between -400 and -241
 Obverse
VT : HEAD WOMAN R / ATHENA
VA : HELMET
 Reverse
RSG: ARTABAZOS ASSIWN
RT : ANIMAL PROTOME FR / BULL
 Technical details
M  : AE
GEW: 1.2(1)
 Bibliographical references
ZIT: DOMPIERRE RBN 1907 S130,6(1)
 Additional remarks
FR : RS: ARTA<BAZOS> ASSI<WN>

Could be a larger issue from Troas but I'm thinking it is not from Asia Minor.
