Mint and year are Not  clear  to read ,

Best guess :

Both names are written on the second photo ( middle )

lil'aah ( Allah with no A لله which means here  for god name or for allah name)
Mohammad (محمد)
Messenger of Allah   رسول الله
ALMuqtadir bi Allah  (المقتدر بالله)
Nasr  bin Ahmad     (نصر بن احمد)

الله  Allah  in the last line  ( maybe not sure  - it is not clear to read )

AL-Muqtadir Dirham / SAMANID

Local ruler   Nasr  II bin ( son) Ahmad  was the ruler { called prince in Arabic امير "Amir " }of Transoxiana and Khurasan as the head of the Samanid dynasty .

While AL-Muqtadir is head of the whole Islamic state called  "Amir al-Mu'minin " أمير المؤمنين‎  or in English Prince of faithful.
