Not in Isegrim database, so at least very rare or even  :branchesthreeleft: unlisted  :branchesthreeright: - or a modern creation !

Not only this particular coin, but any double-portrait obv. type of Gallus and Volusian at Tarsus, is missing from the following important collections of Cilician coins, some of which postdate Isegrim: SNG Levante with Supplement, SNG Paris, SNG Pfalz, and Ziegler's Smaller German Collections. Such an obv. type was also unknown to Cohen at Tarsus (Cohen V, p. 265).

This is an Antioch obverse die, so your coin apparently is a cast forgery that is mismatching two different issues.

Aha, the coin does have a casty look!

The rev. mold was taken from a coin of Trajan Decius at Tarsus, e.g. SNG Levante 1158 (same rev. die).

This coin should be added to the Fake Reports.
