Apparently a late Crusader issue, I have a picture of similar one in my archive and
entitled "Unlisted later Crusader coin, possibly from Antioch"
These issues are quite rare..

Till yesterday I was pretty convinced , that this two coins is some kind unknown crusader issue or the local imitation https://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php?topic=84965.msg529842#msg529842 . In my understanding both coins was found approximately in the same area - Lebanon, Syria .But yesterday I found another similar coin :
 Roger I 1085-1101 follaro
Mileto or Messina mint .6.95 grams . Travaini 158 .
Maybe this will point to the right direction , but I don't have any book about italian coins .

Vlad .

Unfortunately, I have not. Just speculation. Not much information on this coin. AE, may have been found in the Crimea , 17 mm (not sure) , weight unknown . I'll look for pictures of unknown "crusaders" coins on my old computer , maybe will find something similar .
