Title: Imperial Cholas India , Rajaraja Chola (AD985-1014) AE ? in Romania WAW!!!

is assumed that this coin was found in a hoard of 30 similar pieces. in Dobrudja Romania.

Yes this is from India.  I think it was minted by the Cholas.  See the following webpage.

Thank you. this is great. imagine a hoard of 30 pieces in a dark period in the history of Romania. shame that in this situation is not published. how much data would reveal. I just saw this only coin. I initially thought someone bought it as a souvenir in that area and brought here in our times.
