Title: 1287 , regnal year 16 ? Abdülaziz I

Hello,

Based on the help I have received in previous posts, I think this is an Ottoman 5 para of Mustafa III, date 1185 AH.  Am I correct?  Is there a reignal year on this coin?

The 2 Arabian-style numbers at the top are the regnal year; the 4 numbers at the bottom are the Accession year.
