It looks like a silver version of a Hungarian gold ducat.
Obv: MATHIAS•D•G•R•VNGARIE?
rev: S.UADISL AVS.REX
D: 21mm

I think the legend reads:
S. LADISL AVS REX (for St. Ladislaus, a king of Hungary).
It does NOT look like Mathias on the reverse... that would be Mathias Corvinus... and there should be a raven on the coat of arms. It looks more like WLAD for Wladislaus begins the legend on the side with the shield!
