Title: A Caesarea ?

The reverse inscription might indicate a "Caesarea". The portrait looks like a younger Septimius Severus:

Æ 22 (20-22 mm / 5,77 g),
Obv.: ...AΔP?... , radiate head right.
Rev.: CAICAPEW...WC / Γ - Φ (across fields) , Tyche seated left, holding branch.

So far no results in books and on the web.

Obv.: [ΑΥΤ Κ Τ ΑΙ]Λ ΑΔΡ ΑΝΤ[ΩΝΙΝΟC CЄΒ ЄΥC / Π - Π ] , radiate head of Antoninus Pius right.
Rev.: CAICAPЄΩ[Ν ΤΩΝ ΠΡΟC ΤΩ ΑΝΑΖ]ΑΡΒ / Є-Τ - ΘΟΡ (across fields) , turreted and veiled Tyche seated on rock left, holding poppy and grain-ears, resting arm on rock, beneath swimming river-god Pyramos.
