Looks early Aymmaiad
I read (LA ELAHA ELA ALLAH) no God but Allah, and at the other side (MUHAMMAD RASSOL ALLAH) Muhammad is Allah Messenger , the coin rev is upside down.
it is not my Field some one elss should give more information

As Salem said ,it's early post reform Umayyad coinage without mint or ruler,first Hegire century.For more info ,please check the good work of John Walker:"catalogue of the Arab-Byzantine and post reform Umayyad coins-"London;1956.It's some what an old reference but still good for identification.[similar item:No 638....]
