I am not really sure since I can't read Arabic, but I think this is an Ottoman dinar minted in Misr (Egypt).  I can read the date of 926 AH on it with would mean this coin was most likely minted by Suleiman I ibn Selim (926-974 AH). But as I stated, I could be wrong.
