Worn coin and blundered marginal legend,what i can tell you is that the date is :34X H.

For sure not Umayyad coin because as i told you before,the date is:34x H,so it's at least 2 centuries later,may be with a better photo resolution we can get some idea...

Since it is ca.340's AH, and the form is Standard Dirham Issues

I guess it is:

Abbasid Caliphate Al-Muti (946-974 AD)
