Title: Which IOYLIA?
Post by: HT on November 23, 2005, 12:12:27 am
On the coins of Roman prefect Valerius Gratus and Pontius Pilate, we can see the name IOYLIA (Julia). Is she the mother of Tiberius or wife of Tiberius?
Why did the prefects put her name on the coins?
Waiting for your answer, thanks!
