Title: Help with Richard iii coin identification

I was told this is a Richard iii coin, I don't know if it is or what any of the Mark's mean, anyone have any ideas? Thanks

DON on the reverse     the missing letters should be LON XXX CIVI TAS

With the monarch's name and any mintmarks obliterated identification is not easy. The only thing that I have to go on is the two small crosses after the X of REX in the obverse legend and this makes me suspect Henry VI but it is not enough for me to accurately identify the coin.

I can’t identify it but can say that it is not Richard III.
