Hermes and caduceus and purse on rev, I am confused cause Marcianopols coins I have seen finish with N, and mine seems to finish with I.

Your coin is Marcianopolis, Elagabal, Hristova/Jekov (2014), No. 6.26.8.1; AMNG 829; scarce (R6). Struck under governor Iulius Antonius Seleucus. The rev. legend ends with the ligate ΩN of MAPKIANOΠOΛITΩN.
