Dear cf,
what is Dionysos holding in his left hand?
any ideas?

Obv. ΔΙΟΝΥСω ΚΤΙСΤΗ
Dionysos seated right on throne, holding grape bunch and a single grape; vine to left
Rev. ΒΙΖΥΗΝΩΝ.
Tyche standing left, holding uncertain objects; to left, river god reclining right

CNG calls it "cup". That's possible and would fit Dioynsos but is IMHO certainly not clear.

For the reverse. CNG and Corpus Nummorum call the things Tyche is holding kantharos and grain ears.

that comes very close if not spot on
same is seen on the Leu specimen https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/3/736
i'll go with the description of Corpus Nummorum
River-god and city goddess; to left, river-god reclining right, resting right arm on water-urn, holding reed in left hand; to right, city goddess standing facing, head left, wearing long garment and kalathos, holding cantharus in right hand and two ears of corn in left hand.
