Not sure.  Can you provide more information?  Picture of the reverse?  Diameter and weight?  material - is it lead or copper?

The metal of the medallions is not a magnetic one (sickle) bronze, the other two are the white metal such as zinc or tin alloy, but they also differ from each other. Please see pictures.

The round one looks like it is lead.  It has the colour and the cracking of lead.

It would appear to be medieval or later.
