Title: Geta Provincial - which city?

I picked this coin up recently, described as being from Ephesus. With
the coin in hand, I now have my doubts.

It is a coin of Geta, 25mm and 7.30g.
The only part of the reverse legend that is discernable is the word
"NЄΩKOPΩN" (narrowing things down to a mere 37 cities).

The reverse legend shows that it is from a Neocorate city, which does
include Ephesus, but I cannot find anything from this city to match it.

I have Karwiese, and there is nothing therein that causes me to think
that it is from this city. There are no coins with a matching, nor even
similar, obverse die (he attempts, with varying success, to list obverse
dies and links), nor are there any types from this reign or those either
side that depict this reverse type as presented here. I was doubtful to
begin with, and continue to be so - awaiting additional confirmation or
otherwise.

I have checked resources such as ACSearch, SNG UK online, RPC online,
CoinArchives, AsiaMinorCoins, and many of the usual places. No luck!

I can only hope, but does anyone recognise this obverse die, or perhaps
have a better idea as to from which city this coin may emanate.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

Obverse legend fits too, only with a different break.
