This coin has an oval shape to it sort of
long wise it is 15.6mm and the slimmer part would be 12.8mm
2.2g is the weight

The standing figure looks on the other hand much like Hera holding a scepter...

IMHO it's nearly impossible to distinguish Hera from Demeter in this case.
Therefore, the main difference between the two coin types is the legend and the headdress (radiate for Antiochos IV). Compare:

I read ΔEMHTPIOY as well. So it is SC 1679 and HGV 9 838.
There the figure on the reverse is just called a "veiled goddess" :).
