Title: A Showcase Quadrigatus, Possible BOT?
Post by: Optimo Principi on October 09, 2018, 11:26:55 am
There's a few wonderful quadrigati on the board; I think my latest acquisition could give them a run for their money, especially with the particularly fine style on the janiform bust.

The more the merrier!

There  is a Quadrigatus referenced as Crawford 30/1; RSC 23; Sydenham 64b already in the gallery, but it is also marked as a variety. Joe wants the BOT gallery to be a resource for collectors and I think that there are enough differences between the coins to make your coin a welcome addition to the gallery.
