I do not know what ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ means in the legend Homonoia I know

Coin is very similar to this one http://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4/15080/

Interesting, but mysterious: what event of 120/121 AD could your coin be referring to?

Vogt supposes that the similar type for L. Verus in 164/5 (your link) commemorates his marriage to Lucilla, which took place "in the middle of the Parthian War" according to the vita Marci.

Dottend circle about 18-19 mm

Flan shape like a Alexandrian bronze  (only less thickness)
No casting line/seam

but no usual cracks in the edge one often sees on egypt bronzes but not always and more on the bigger ones

I think this is a forgery, with the coin in hand the rim is a bit of it’s not the usual Egypt bronze, combined with the portrait, which is very like Hadrian is a later style (year 9 on and more likely year 16 on)

A year 5 portrait would not look much like Hadrian and would be a head type, with drapery (or aegis).
there is also no trace of the N from LEN year 9 what could explain the obverse bust and legend with fits into year 9

The back view detail is not well done so very likely not created from a tetradrachm, but it could be from a diobol but a year 16 on one. Even late date diobols often have a head type portrait.

The reverse OMONOIA inscription  with LE, along with 2 hands shaking is very common for the Aurelius family tetradrachms and this is the likely source of the reverse design.

I think it is a forgery simply because the obverse details do not match the reverse details.

A strange forgery, maybe 100 years old
