Hi Young,

Your coin is a follaro of William I, King of Sicily (1154-1166).  It was minted in Messina.  Obverse features REX .W. in inner circle with an Arabic legend stating the date AH 550 in script (CE 1155 and perhaps minted later as well).  Reverse features Bust of Virgin with Child.  Reference is MEC14 #286 through 289a.
