You may want to consult the Seller Fees
before posting. All options that have an associated charge will note
that charge during the listing process, so you don't have to memorize the
fees.
To sell you must also be either a Legionary member or approved by FORVM.
If you are not a legionary member or approved by FORVM your auction will
likely be deleted. If you are not a Legionary member and would like
approval, email
Auctions@forumancientcoins.com and provide background information
(references, your website, eBay user ID, or other information to
substantiate you are trustworthy).
You must guarantee every
item sold through FORVM Auctions is authentic with no time limit or
restriction. You also agree to accept the authenticity opinions of
FORVM Staff and ACCS for guarantee purposes. FORVM will delete any
auction for an item of questionable authenticity. Sometimes a genuine
item may appear questionable due to photography or other issues. We
apologize in advance if we delete an auction for a genuine item, but even
just the appearance of authenticity is important to the reputation of this
venue.
You
can list an item by choosing the Post an Auction link. Once
you choose the correct category for your item, simply follow all the
onscreen instructions to add your item. Use the Help
links if you are confused by any options.
Once you have entered
all the information about your item, you will be presented with a
preview screen where you can review all of the information you have
entered and options you have chosen. Use the Back button to go back
and make any necessary changes. Do not press the Finish
button until you are absolutely sure that all of the information is
correct. You will not be able to change or edit any information once
you press the Finish button, and your account will immediately be
charged with any applicable charges.
Once you press the
Finish button your auction will be listed immediately and you will be
presented with a link to where you can view your auction, and a receipt
for what you have been charged for adding the auction. You can print this receipt as a record of your
transaction.
