In doing a guide to bilinguals, it would be ignorant not to prepare a seperate page dedicated to the legends and their translation. For the purposes of this, I shall divide legends by language and not ruler for obvious reason. This page should not be a reference to being able to "read" the legend, but I give what it is and its translation. For those purposes one should consult Nercessian's attribution and dating booklet.

In both issues, the Armenian legend remains the same. That is

Meanwhile, for his succesor it is much more complex. While there is only one "basic" legend, those of Kaykhusraw are dated, and later bear mintname as well. So first, I shall cover this.

Next, I shall list the complete marginal legend seen on all the years and ther translation. Note that some pieces the "and" component may be in a different quadrant on varying specimens or even missing. But before this, I must note that "ﺲﻴﺴﺑ ﺏﺮﺿ" stands for "Struck in Sis." This is encountered on some half drams, but none are dated. For both issues, the halves are essentially the same.
